winmx problems

can someone help me with winmx.. everytime i try to download something big i get queued. why is this.. i am on a very fast cable connection..

its because the person you are trying to dowload from has a limited available downloads spots. and if they are ll taken then you are qued.

damn i cant ever download anything.. shit i can be queued 1 and wait all night and never start downloading

If it is something popular try searching again and try downloading from someone else. I personally use Morpheous because of that problem with WinMX. Usually faster downloads and no ques

try right-clicking on the song you want in the transfer window and select Find Similar, it should give a bunch more results for you to try to download...I will ususally try to download 3 or 4 versions of a song in case one of them quits on me!

thx, but i am downloading big movie files and morpheous doesnt have them.. im talking 800megs..
