Windows XP and Karma pop ups?

I have XP at home now and when I click on Karma the window pops up but does not populate.... then it locks up IE and I have to End Task it.. bringing me that stupid popup asking whether or not to send an error reports.. i tried updating IE but no luck.. is it time for Netscape again??

I seem to have the same problem... 'cept IE doesn't freeze, and I can resume normally...
