windows media player 9 help

just installed it after I formatted my harddrive, now I can't get videos to open in seperate windows, they open in the same one, and there is no options for it that i can find

hmmm. i'm sure it always asked me after i installed it and ran video the first time. i've installed it 6 or 7 times
