Window tinting question

When I got the windows tinted in my truck I was told that you could legally tint the fuck out of the rear window ... not exactly what shade that equals.

Does that apply to the back windows of passenger cars too?

I had 2.5% on my previous vehicle

I could barely see out the back at night though.

5 % = Limo tint.

nope , maine state law is 50% fuck that , when I go home im goin to register it there and get it tinted there.

i got 5 all around my benz.. and 40 on the front windshield it looks good

limit tint isnt the best for heat rejection - something to think about when you live in the desert.

here the only window that has a limit is the driver window,you must be able to be seen at night by a police officer.

personally id tint however i wanted and roll em down if I got pulled over,why wait till the cop is right up there next to you freaking that he cant see you
