Will vitex during a cycle block gyno?

Would Vitex (or alternately, Biotest's M) taken daily during a cycle prevent gyno?

i got a slight case of gyno from my last fina cycke; it seems to be prolactin related, therefore Vitex will help, ive been on it at 3000gs a day for the past week, and the sensitivity has gone away,... it is now shrinking. so it does "help" prevent prolactin induced gyno, but i dont think it would do much for estro/prog.
