I just got some CLA and ALA and im going to take some hydroxycut also while im on a low carb diet. Im going to do cardio 2 x a day in the morning and at night for 35 mins each . Has anyone tried this combo and will this combo of supplements make me lose more weight faster while on the diet or should i use something else or take something away? And what doses of each should i be taking? Just need some help because im going to start my cycle in a month after i lose some more body fat. Thank you
