Hello, this is my new plan. Please let me know if it will work or not. I am trying to lose the 20 lbs I have gained this offseason. I am 6' 220 lbs male.
Meal 1 - 3/4 oats , 1 scoop whey , 1 banana in blender
Meal 2 - turkey sandwich on wheat , 1 tbs light mayo
Meal 3 - 1 scoop whey , 1/2 cup skim milk
4 pm workout
Meal 4 - post w/o , 1 scoop whey , 1 banana
Meal 5 - beef / chicken , broccoli , baked potato
Meal 6 - before bed , 6 poached eggs ( 4 whites, 2 yolks )
