are asking about en.th? or just te.st in general? en.th has been known to cause some
bloating, so if your going for the 'cut' look, you might be better off with pr.op. i like
pr.op better myself, but im running en.th and pr.op right now w/ some de.ca, and i have
noticed a little bit of bloat. nothing major, but if it starts to get outta hand i think ill
be giving nelson's 'unleashed' a try. back to your question, just being on gear will
intensify your workouts-thus burn more calories, and if you have a legit cardio routine,
itll be all the more better for cutting. i personally havent really changed my diet at all
since ive been on, but i lead an athletic lifestyle(football) and am naturally lean. if
your already chubby, dont expect gear to do wonders, itll help, tho'. cardio, cardio,
cardio!
