will sweating more during a workout make you lose more weight?

I was in champs sports today and i saw one of those sauna suits and it caught my eye but i have heard that sweating more during a workout will only result in more waterweight loss and no more fat burn can anyone clear this up for me?
 
You'll lose water weight, mainly. Raise in body temp. would likely increase possible weight loss...but those suits are dangerous.
 
yeah the suits are dangerous for short term water weightloss. Alot of highschool wrestlers at my gym use them... .they are everywhere right now too getting ready for some big weigh in.

Yes sweating is good... and it'll keep your metabolism up throughout the day after.
 
nope. Sweat is mainly water. If you sweat a lot and don't replenish what you lose (minerals, etc) you could be doing more damage than good.

there are no exotic tricks to cutting orb, diet, cardio, lift. That is all there is to it, no shortcuts
