Perhaps you read my other thread that was posted a few days ago. If not ill recap. Ive never juiced before. Im 6' 275. 20 years old. Looking to walk on and play defensive tackle next fall. i have been lifting since i was 13 non-stop. Im looking to drop some body-fat and make some strength gains. After many hours of reading what yall big guys have been saying, here is my basic plan:
Cycle: Fina
weeks 1-3- 75 mg EOD
weeks 3-6- 75 mg ED or 150 mg EOD
weeks 7-8- Chlomid Therapy and Maca
Workout:
12-15 sets per bodypart with about 2 minutes rest between sets. Out of the gym in under an hour. Oh and should i say i will lifting with unmatched intensity!
Split is:
Monday-shoulders
Tues- back
Wed-chest
thursday-legs
friday-arms
Diet:
around 4000 calories a day. low carbs, especially towards the end of the day. 350+ grams of protein a day spaced out over 6 to 7 meals a day. i will be eating very clean on my main courses and avoiding any types of junk, however im not going to worry about fats from peanut butter, ect. Also will be taking in at least a gallon of water a day
Dietary Supplements:
Whey protein between meals and after workout
Multi-viatamin
Anti-oxident
Milk Thistle
Cranberry Juice
Maca (wait to use with chlomid)
and Glucosamine Sulfate (hopes that spelled right) for my joints
Well guys i think thats about it. Id like to see if yall have any suggestions for me. If so id love to hear them. I plan on laying off juice for a long long time so i want to make this cycle worth my while. Thanks and get Big!!
