Will Platinum member ever get banned?

Real question, if a member pays to be on this site, how will anyone ever ban them?

If King Winny, Cameltoe,...etc., had paid Platinum.... would they have been banned? And if so, how would they be reimbursed for pro-rated fees?

True. But I have an idea a lot of the more "verbose" members wouldn't be quite as lippy if these discussions took place in person.
