I have been going to the the gym for the last 4 years. I go to the gym about 4 times per week for 1-2 hours. I usually do about 10-20 minutes of cardio and the remaining time I lift weights. I also jog on weekends. My first year I lost 113 lbs. The last three years I have been trying to bulk up and get lean. I have put on about 8 lbs. of muscle in that last 3 years. I don't want to get huge I just want to get lean and be defined. This would be my first time taking any kind of cycle. I take protein shakes and eat lots of protein on a regular basis. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
