Brewed green tea has no appetite suppressant I know of. I drink it all the time, have since 95, bulking or not. Has never effected my diet.
I will say I drink it more "strategically" when dieting, that is pre cardio always, and post meal. And add extract also.
There are too many pluses in overall health benefits to not drink it in my opinion.
As you mention, the Extract I do stay away from when bulking, just brewed green tea.
