i have been suffering for years with a rotater cuff injury.i am coming off of a six month break.no training at all.well i am 1 month into my comeback cycle..i am feeling very strong and starting to lift a little heavy..well my shoulder is not hurting right now..when i do chest,i can feel that bead popping on the top of my shoulder, but no pain..i can't seem to lift light weight i miles well not even lift at all..but my question is when i come off my cycle will my pain uprise..i know aas helps your joints..but i don't want the pain i was in 6months ago...any tips are appreciated..

If you dont over do it and re-injure the shoulder you should be OK. The time off obviously helped. The AAS wont make the pain dissapear. It may cover it up a bit, but continue to listen to your body. On this run just dont go over board. Train and let that shoulder continue to heal.

Have you worked out for any considerable amount of time naturally since starting lifting again? I wouldn't jump right back on a cycle right away....asking for an injury in my opinion.

yea and plus you need natural gains for at least 2 months before starting cycle otherwise you are just waisting it

hi. pharmacist.

when you use various aas, you may get some joint lubrication (or dryness) as well as have the drug exert a mild antiinflammatory effect, which is what makes this question interesting - intrinsically you think to yourself "well, if the joint is well lubed and the drug is stopping inflammation, which is good beacuse sometimes inflammation begets even MORE inflammation, then surely, you shlould be able to use the joint hard and be fine" but in practice i do get a lot of guys coming off gear complaining of joint pain.

is it something they did during cycle (wear and tear, with the band aid effect of the aas) or perhaps a side effect of their increased strength as they train immediately after the cyle (ie theyre stronger, and so exert their joints more) or perhaps is there another physiological aspect, such as ligament/muscle/joint tension changes as the muscles deflate after roid use (where typically the muscles are more pumped, both through training and intrinsic cell volumisation) - i dont know.

but thatll get the ball rolling for this thread

if it was me I would go for it unless ther is a glaring issue or sign

then when you come off, Ease back on training
