will a cheat meal boost bmr if on t3

Your metabolism is already boosted when using thyroid hormones so the "cheat" meal isn't really a cheat, unless of course you cheat like I cheat, which means going to a place like Chili's, Applebee's, etc, they hand me the menu and I say "yes".

Every time I read that quite I start laughing to myself, that is so funny since I can relate!

On the topic though, there is no benefit to a cheat meal on t3 unless you are depleted and are looking to reload muscle and glycogen stores.

No meal ever boosts metabolism. If you are burning 100 calories an hour, and after a 800 calories 'cheat' meal, you burn 110 calories an hour for two hours, how much was the 'boost'?
10% boost to metabolism is really a lot. And that would be the result, if it does happen.
People keep on making up this type of crap out of air because they have to sell books or promote themselves.
I know metabolism. If you eat calories, that will become fat, unless you burn it by physical activity (or convert it to muscle by AAS).
