Why were the pics separated from the main board?

I kind of liked having both things together. Now it's a bitch if you want to check out new pics, you have to go back and click on women's pics etc. I know it's more organized....but I don't know....just food for thought.

But definetely, the new sections do have a lot of (IMO) unnecessary stuff, like the hair grooming board? WTF?

Several reasons.

Some people did not want to see pics to discuss sex.

Some people did not want to see discussion when looking at pics.

Some guys wanted to post, and ladies wanted to see, their pics, but the other guys were not very cool with this.

I think everyone will be happier this way.

I guess so
