Without wanting to restart the perennial debate of sustanon vs enanthate/propionate, want to make clear that ester length changes the anabolic properties, usually longer = more anabolic, but only to a point.

Interesting article but I think you misread it.

The results showing anabolic effect were for a single dose of each of the different esters. The author goes on to state that if the shorter esters are injected at a higher frequency than the longer esters so that the serum levels over time are comparible in each case, then the difference in anabolism goes away.

The study you posted actually supports the axiom that "test is test". You simply need to inject shorter esters more often than longer ones. This is standard practice.
