ok, i know this has been talked about many times, but here is my concern:
Im bulking right now and have my ratios working pretty good at 50/30/20..... so, if I were to eat say some strawberries or grapes before bed as a snack, would this be bad? spceifically what would it do different at night compared to if I ate them after bearkfast or at lunch? Will they turn to fat faster at night?
I usually just stick to protein and a little fat, but just was wondering about having some strawberries along with that
