Why is this?

My apartment complex has an office with a couple computers in it for the residents to use. I've tried bringing up elite and it will take me to the homepage but when I click on "discussion boards" it always brings up the error page where it says that the server could be busy or some shit. I've never had this problem with any other computer. Even the ones out at school load this site fine. Any ideas?

They may have a filter set to block sites with key words or phrase. "steroids" for example.

so how do i go about disabling one of these filters?
