why is sus painful

It is painful due to the amount of propionate in the sust since it is slightly acidic, or at least this is what I was told when I asked the same question.

In addition I understand that it also comes from the amount of oil required to have 250mgs of test composed of 4 esters.

OIL BASED JUICES HURT MORE THAN WATER BASED, BUT IT'S MAINLY DO TO THE PROP.

It will hurt for about 3-4 days try to mix the sust with something ie 1cc sut and 1cc deca.... but the pain is unavoidable

You should be able to workout anytime. You just have to push through the pain.

of course... I mean if you can take the pain.... I mean there is no ter in the muscle so you could do squats today if you wanted it is just painful...
Then again I know a friend of mine would always squat after sust shots cause he said the pain in his ass made him pissed off to no ends and made hima attakc the weight..... He's kind of a sicko
