WHY???? is pooping making me super strong?

I have been pooping 4-5 times a week and I have pooped about 18 lbs in the last 4 days.

well I lifted today and my lifts have been going up tremendously

MY rep range and poop-poundage have all been increasing.......I think I have I found my bodies secret, am I not alone?

also the pooping has actually curbed my appetite, so I am eating less but I actually have more energy.

also (this is gross) but my insides feel as if they are like a machine, jet cleaning my insides..........

any way I posted this on the chat board because I am truly excited!

I have been pooping almost 2 weeks now so this does not seem temporary.........
 
well after years of sticking things up your ass... now you have them going the other way... good luck with your new found skill my man.
 
Pooping increases the number of red blood cells in your body, especially if you have to strain alot to ge the poop out. Keep it up and take lots of fiber so you can poop 4 to 5 times a day then your strength will go through the roof!

After about two weeks on the fibre add in lots of cheese to create the extra exertion in your poop training!
 
I havent ever pooped.
Do you have to be HARDCORE on ROIDS to poop, or can nattys poop too?
I think I might try it out.

Hard to get any benefit from running with almost constant poop breaks. Plus my plastic bag gets full and therefore quite heavy after about a half-mile or so.

He's been shitting on a bag.. he lets it rest on his scale at home.. I'm sure his house stinks worse than this thread with that bag of shit sitting around.

Unlike my colleagues who both tend to use EF as a vomit bag for any and all of even their most insignificant thoughts, I prefer to share my comedic brilliance sparingly.

P.S. I weighed it on my poop scale. :)
 
I think you have stumbled on to something important. Maybe this one of the topics covered in the book The Bodybuilding Truth, you know, one of the industry insiders secrets that the supplement companies and professional bodybuilders didn't want leaked out to the public. I bet the importance of pooping and it's correlation to overall health and well being has an entire chapter in that book.

I don't think so, i mean, it seems you must be at least 5 years + to start pooping.
