Why is it that after a really crushing workout, I don't have much of an appetite the next day? My eating works really well most of the time, but after a hugely intense workout my appetite is almost nothing!

I find that when I bonk from not hydrating properly that the recovery is way worse than my ramp back to normalcy from a caloric bonk.
