Why is it that after a really crushing workout, I don't have much of an appetite the next day? My eating works really well most of the time, but after a hugely intense workout my appetite is almost nothing!
 
I'm the opposite.......Next morning, I'm eating before (or even while) I take my morning piss....Unless it's hot.
 
When i am on EQ appetite is always up. You on cycle?

Don't you think this EQ/hunger phenomenon is a mere perception mirage? It's a horse steroid, and all of a sudden you're "hungry and eat like a horse." I bet EQ makes you piss like a racehorse, too. I'm not making you chomp at the bit, am I?

it also made me grow a fine golden mane and hooves
 
its the opposite for me. on a normal day i put down about 4000-4500 calories. The next day or two after a really intense workout i eat around 5500-6000.
 
Depends on the workout.......after a serious leg workout.....I'm pretty nauseated for at least an hour. This fucking humidity is killing my appetite......but it ain't doing much for my ice cream cravings...... :chomp:

Maybe, hell I don't know. I always just attributed it to the EQ. Classic post. Got me. K to you.

Right now it is 100% humidity and it isn't raining... Every window in the house is sweating...nuts.

It very well could be dehydration. After I finish training Events on Sundays...I SHOULD be starving. Unless I drink A LOT of water before I eat and cool down..I can barely eat.

A lot of it also has to do with how intense I trained. I've been relaxing in my event training for the most part for the last month (trying to heal) and I've been much more hungry post workout. When I was getting ready for my last contest...I was having to force feed post workout because I was killing myself.

BFold: the heat and dehydration used to SLAM me after cycling.. 90-100F and high humidity? that makes for a good case of the post training shakes and the serious bonk.

I find that when I bonk from not hydrating properly that the recovery is way worse than my ramp back to normalcy from a caloric bonk.

I'd really like to talk with you sometime about how you would pre-hydrate and overcome this. Seriously...
