Someone may have asked this 12 pages ago but will Glucorell prevent the crash that occurs in early afternoon after lunch and will it mess with blood glucose levels?
 
i accidentally left my glucorell / t-rex / levorex / sesapure bottles in my room for half a day with the heater turned up to around 84 degrees earlier. i immedietly put them in the fridge when i got home from work, any way i could check if my supplements were perhaps compromised in anyway due to the heat ?

the bottles were kinda warm inside when i opened them :(
 
Question: Would it be okay to take 8 caps per day of Glucorell R, and 4 caps of sesapure, if my diet is going to be really clean? For carbs im going to eat blueberries, apples, lentils, tomatos, oatmeal, spinach,ect, and for fat i eat a little olive oil, almonds, salmon, flax oil, fish oil,ect?

Dont laugh but im only going to eat 1600 calories per day right now because i was reading lower calorie diets expanded life span, and protected against lots of diseases,ect. Im going to be starting the zone diet. Im going to be working out 3 times per week, and 45 minutes of cardio 6 days per week in the morning on an empty stomach.

Im taking Dutasteride for hairloss, and just started AIMF at 1 pump per day to reduce increased estrogen ( due to Dutasteride ), so my testosterone levels are going to be higher, so better for building muscle. But im a little concerned about the increase in estrogen caused by Dutasteride even though i'll be using 1 pump of AIMF per day, and this may lead to some fat gain or water retention despite my diet or workout/exercise routing.

So thats why im asking if these supplements would help in my case and if its ok to take them?

thats on the high end, though some people prefer higher end dosing. its all a matter of response, if that dose works for you the stick with it. If not change it up. Individual response varies by individual and diet, dont be afraid to experiment with dosages. General reccomendations are just that general.

there is evidence in animal models for that, however animals also cant take anti-oxidents or engage in regular scheduled exercise or make lifestyle changes based on symptoms.

the supplements are fine in your case and should help. Though raising test and lowering estrogen are good, you may still experience some bloat from reduction in DHT (since you have mentioned this previously). If you do you really may want to lower your dose of dutasteride, thats the best thing you can do for that. You need a small amount of DHT, so even a little adjustment in dosage, or extending time between doses can make a big difference.

now would reccomend cardio every day, even just brisk walking for 30-40minutes. 3 times a week is ok on training but if you can add a day, do so.

how is your protein intake? also what ratios (macronutrients) are you using?
 
Hey macrophage69alpha, thanks a lot for the help, and sorry it took me so long to respond i was really busy these past days.


Yeah i wanted to go on the high dosages because i need to lose some fat in my stomach, and face, and want to keep it off. Im also interested in the anti-aging and health benifits of these supplements. I can feel some fat pockets in my face, so those need to go! When i tap on my cheeks i want it to feel like im touching steel. I want to get my whole body hard like steel lol.


As far as the Dutasteride, i just re-started it after taking a month break, and was only on it a few months inconsistantly before that, so im going to try and use the standard dose along with 1 pump of AIMF per day, natural supplements, the zone diet, 45 minutes of running every morning on an empty stomach, and do low rep, high weight workouts Mon, Wed, Fri, training everybody part every 7 days. I wouldnt mind replacing what fat i have, with muscle, and mabye gaining 10-15 more pounds of lean muscle. Good news is that hair multiplication is only about 4-5 years away, so there will be no need for anymore drugs.


Right now im 5 foot 8 1/2 inches tall, 155 pounds when i wake up in the morning on an empty stomach ( dont laugh haha ). Tonight im 160 pounds, so im holding some water. Im pretty lean and muscular, but i do need to get rid of 10 pounts of fat, and add 10-15 pounds of solid muscle, as i want to get down to 6% bodyfat.


Im going to be eating 1600 calories per day spaced out between 5-6 meals. I think the ratio im getting is 40-30-30. So im getting about 120-130 grams of protein. I'll be getting my fat mostly from organic extra virgin olive oil, and the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.


What do you think? Also, i have some YES but dont want to use it untill my routine is in full motion, will it get rid of fat pockets in your face?


Also, what is the half life of AIMF? How long does estrogen stay reduced after application?

would try to get protein to 1g/lb.

though fats are healthy, advisable to keep fat cals below 20%

Yohimburn es will help significantly with facial fat (it should also help with water retention that you are experiencing due to your dutasteride use)

because of transdermal lag it has a rather long half life, though half life of delivered compound is rather short.

estrogen will stay reduced for 1-3 days (this varies between users) after an application, though as active concentrations decrease aromatase levels will rise (usually within 12-24hrs- again this varies)

Regarding YES, can i use it in the morning on days when i dont do cardio? Would i apply 1 pump to each side of my face? And if so how long would 1 bottle last me using it everyday? Lastly, how long would i keep it on my face before i can wash it off?

Well I tell you what, I dont know how great it is making my liver right now, but after 3 weeks of use I think i can actually tell that it is helping a little bit. My diet has been pretty well controlled over the last 4 weeks, fairly strict, at least more than I ever have before. I usually take 3 to 5 caps of glucorell a day. I take other supps but in the last 3 weeks that is the only supp ive been taking every single day. I am starting to notice size (as far as fat) drop in my chest area. I also bought some more YES but haven't used alot of it so im not going to give credit to the YES just yet. but either way, I can see dimples in my chest fat where the adipose tissue is starting to lessen. My chest has always been fat, and even when I lost 10 or 15 at a time, i would always see my chest as fat, but now I actually have hope that i can have a lean chest, especially without any type of surgery. One more month of strict diet and gluco and I should be good to go. Adding in CB, trex, YES, red blast, and sesapure this month, so that should be one hell of a tag team to drop some BF before I start up the prop/ace cycle in about 4 weeks :artist:

oh and to add to this, even though ive been running a minimum of 3x a week at 2-3 miles each time, my bodyWEIGHT hasn't really dropped but a couple lbs at most. When i get on the scale, i get discouraged because I think i should be dropping more on the scale, but when i look in the mirror i feel better about it..... daym mental shit is tough to conquer

you would get more benefit from extending that with brisk walking (taking your time to 40minutes +. also doing cardio every day, even just brisk walking.

as a note- the mirror is what is MOST important, because if you are adding muscle while dropping fat, weight is less relevant.

so straight brisk walking on incline would be more beneficial for fat loss rather than running 20 minutes of the 45? Ok, thats what I will do. ED is tough because of my work schedule, but i I can alternate weeks getting 3-4 days of cardio 1 week, and 5-6 days of cardio the next.
 
you can also take a walk outside, weather permitting (can be refreshing). Not having to go to the gym to do the cardio can make it easier, since you can just go, from anywhere.
 
my friend has been diagnosed by the doctor to have Hyperthyroidism and insulin resistance, any chance Glucorell might be able to help her out ?
 
Yes, especially with the insulin resistance. Glucorell, over time can help to return the body's insulin response/sensitivy back to a more normal state. Chances are she would do very well on Glucorell.
