I think capability-wise, that day is already here. And yeah, if someone with unlimited cash paid off the right people, it could be happening right now. 10 more years and it will be mainstream.

Seems like some of the biggest genetic freaks that we dream to be like have health problems because of it. Another example being Arnold with his heart. (unless that was totally from crazy roid usage)
