It takes a big buildup for it to start doing its magic?

Long ester should allow it to kick in pretty quick, its the short ester that should take longer to kick in because it leaves the system faster and doesnt have the chance to build up, whereas long ester builds up alot better. ?

Test e takes 4-5 weeks to make your balls grow larger which results in more test production etc. So by week 5 your balls should be huge as well as the weight your moving. Just be patient bro, they'll grow!

I know everybody knows test e shouldn't take so long to kick in. Test E is actually extracted from elephant testicles from what I hear though, which is why it takes longer to kick in.
