Or better yet, why do various establishments use them in their toilets.

Shitwipes are the pieces of toilet paper you see in toilets sometimes.......it doesn't come on a roll, but in separate tissue type shitwipes. I mean, does it cost that much more to make the stuff into one continous roll. Once you've wiped once, you can't fold the stuff back over on itself because the paper is too small or not thick enough, so you end up having to use more paper than you would if it was on a roll.

And i hate scraping my hand with shit because the paper isn't big enough to give you the adequate hand coverage.
