Why do refs make such bad calls at times

IM not a texans fan but it was obvious the play should of been reversed when they reviewed it. Is almost like officials get mad when someone thinks they made a bad call and they try everything in their power to prove themselves right. Carr did not fumble that ball.

Its like here in Rugby and Football (soccer) where you see alot of players roaring at the referee to view the replayed picture on the big screen behind the goals in order to review his incorrect decision. However, I am against the Video Referee as it slows down play, gives the referee an easy option to chicken out of making a hard call, turns referees into amateurs as the real ref is a television, and takes away crowd excitement as just about everything goes to the Video Ref. I watch Rugby League and used to love the excitement of a try and the ref giving it as the crowd goes nuts, but hard to get that Buzz when its delayed until the video ref makes him mind up.

Take the bad decisions because you get some for and against you and it generally balances out

no way we need this in football. Screw rugby. Texans had a chance. It was obvious is should of been overturned.
