Why do diff brands Dbol aromatize at diff rate?

dbol is dbol, test is test, and in general X is X.
That said, if you notice any differences between dbol products I assume this is due to the fact that some of them are underdosed or don't contain any methandrostenolone at all. For example the russians by Bioreaktor are believed to actually contain methyltestosterone, which is much cheaper than the real stuff.
