I was pointing out a sweet linkin navigator to a friend(looked brand new, not all bling blinged up but very classy looking vehicle) as it passed their was a black dude in it with a wife beater on and a black du-rag towel on his head with the two flaps flying in the wind like a sand monkey riding a camel at top speed, and i thought to myself(I got to get one if themj/k) were did this come from? the arabs? this is a honest question. I think it looks like shit, you got this cap on with two long rags hanging down to your shoulders. what the hell? it doesn't look tough, it doesn't look cool...is there a reason behind this? I see kids in the mall wearing these things and I have to hold back from laughing. it's like a 80's trend that died before it started.

Yup, that's what it's for.

I use the same concept for straightening about my pubic hair. I just use an iron on the low setting for the initial straightening and then put on a pair of pantyhose to really flatten it out. Makes it much easier to braid when it's all straight.
