I just saw this amazing tv pub "termo fat reductor", it is amazing this tv stuff.
the girl put some band around any part of the body and "voilá" she appears all sweat and "thinner", in the next image she shows how the old trousers are large....


maybe i will buy one (just in case)

I really hate TV advertisements about getting slim. I saw an ad for Hydroxycut yesterday and they show some before and after pictures. I start yelling at the TV for so many different reasons:

1) The before and after people aren't event he same people!
2) You can't look like that JUST by taking an ECA.

Sorry. I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but, argh, makes me angry. Especially since my roommate was like "wow, I should start taking that stuff". He knows about how I've been dieting down and I start explaining to him everything I've learned on this board. He then backs down, "Hrm, maybe I won't take that stuff then". I guess this is my point, he's the typical I-want-to-lose-fat-without-a-lot-of-work person. And these ads are pandering to them, and these people BELIEVE everything.

The weight loss industry is shady. Then again, I guess the whole fitness industry is pretty shady as well. "Cell-Tech - 1million percent better than regular creatine!"
