are we not allowed to get approval from a mod and tell others we are getting scammed ? me and a buddy have been waiting 3 weeks for our gear and now there site is down saying that they are taking a short break to get everyones orders to them and i think we are getting screwed...

if you have evidence you are being scammed, PM a mod with the info. In limited cases we may be able to post a scammer thread.

I think I know the situation you are describing btw, and that wouldnt qualify imo for a scammer thread.

If the site is announcing they have a problem and is not accepting orders, the purpose of the alert is moot in any event.
