D-Bol is 'The Granddaddy of them all' and 'The Breakfast of Champions' and if people didn't abuse the doses and if people actually bothered to learn how to train and program a routine all the problems would be avoided.......there are two problems with d-bol, (1) people over-do it, and (2) people don't know how to train and program regardless of AAS and their crappy program will yield some results with an enhanced stimulus, plus the water weight.....then they stop using and they lose all the water and they STILL don't know how to train/program so their crappy program stops yielding any results and BAM.....you have a bunch of 170lb guys with absolutely zero muscle knocking "D" ....When, if they would have learned how to train/program/eat and fill that gaping deficit BEFORE resorting to drugs, losing "all gains" can be avoided.
I cringe and then refrain from starting a war on boards when some skinny kids are saying d-bol only makes you gain 'fat and water' then 'ya lose all that'.
That basic d-bol pyramid that guy's have used forever of pyramiding up from 2 tabs/day for a week to 6/tabs a day for a week and then back down to 2, then just eat 1 a day til they're gone works and it works well. Low doses in the 2-4 tab a day range work too. D-bol has helped build lots of strength and muscle since 1959......if people would learn how to actually train progressively, not only may they decide they don't need drugs, but the ones who use them don't have to worry about losing "all their gains". The human body hasn't changed, those cycles aren't 'outdated'.....Crappy training that provides total shit for a stimulus (along with mega doses) are responsible for lost gains, not coming off d-bol in and of itself.
