because if you inject into a vein you WILL have problems... I always aspirate, and had never hit a vein until about 2 weeks ago and i had to pull out and re-stick.... Injecting into a vein wont be a fun experience, and the gear will be lost
Don't be stupid! If you inject directly into a vein you will know why we all aspirate. Just gently pull back until you see a little air bubble and then inject. If you see blood in the syringe casing pull out. Pretty simple.
I never did for a long time but I DO now out of fear. didn't know it could hurt ya. BUT watch doctors do surgery on tv, they never aspirate!!!! On all kinds of shows, I have yet to see them do it. Hell even my doc. doesn't do it.

how far is not that far? and if you do pull back far is it a bad thing? Like when you get a crap load of bubbles? Im just curious and I love asking questions.
if you do not aspriate with water or oil as im inj then you should not be using pinz and you have to just be stupid it takes less than a sec it does not hurt and if you can reach the spot with the pin then you can also aspirate
