why am I cramping!!!!!! (liquidex??)

I'm doin fina, winny, liquidex, xenadrine rite now as my cutting cycle.....all was good until i added the liquidex yesterday and now i'm cramping like crazy....what can i do? even my mouth cramped today....is it the liquidex..should i take some calciumand potassium supplements on top of my multi and drink even more water'''?

drink more water, the xenadrine and ephedrine type of products will cause cramping, the winny and liquidex are also probably not helping but if you take in alot of water I think you will be ok, or at least improved.
