who's working over time for the holidays?

im putting in 67 hours this week, luckily a co worker is out sick so i could grab the overtime. hours are grueling though 6 a.m to 9 pm at night. even then ill only bring home 600 with all the taxes and shit

I'm just the opposite, taking off a few days to make two 5 day weekends in a row for me.

I'm working 6 day a week. But then again I have been doing that the last few months. My 1 day off a week is just not enough but money makes the world go around!

I'm off for 16 days straight and it is only costing me 2 vacation days next Mon and Tue because of company shutdown over the holidays..

I am off after this Friday and don't have to be back until Monday after New Years..

I'll be working on my thesis over this X-mas break. But, I'll mostly do that at night when everybody is sleeping.

I have two weeks off my day job but I will be working at the bar over the holidays, unless I win the lotto!

I get Christmas day off. Then I get to be here in an empty building while all of the users I support are out doing whatever it is people with free time do.

I only get Wednesday and Thursday off next week, and work the weekend after Christmas as well.. But the following week, I am off to go skiing...or to try anyway.

I have X-mas and the the 26th off, will be working lots of OT the rest of the days as a project I am involved in goes live Jan 1.

Don't mind to much as I make them pay through the nose for it.

I used to always have to work the midnight-7 am shift on NYE. Tips were great...but unforunately, so were the headaches...
