As far as straight up talent? Probably Bret Hart or Jericho
As far as mic skills? The Rock
As far as most daring? Mick Foley or Rob Van Dam

There are so many facets that could make up the best wrestler. Not one possesses all of them. Look at Hogan. He didn't know a wrist lock from a wrist watch. And what was up with that raking of the back thing?
I will say Triple H is a good candidate though.
