I LOVE the Wasa High Fiber ones....

Guess it's preference - I just like the REALLY crunchy ones....Wheat Thins/Wheatables aren't crunchy enough for me.... ;)

Or you can buy whole wheat pita bread and throw it in the oven.. and make whole wheat pita chips... Also good especially with hummus

Speaking of WW tortillas.... this recipe is awesome!!!

JUst cut/break tortillas into ~2in pieces. Toss in a bowl, spray with cooking spray, sprinkle cinnamon and splenda/brown sugar(optional) over them and coat evenly... more cooking spray. Line them in a pan (sprayed w. cooking spray)... bake at 350 deg. F until crispy(15-20min). Tastes soooo good!!!!

*this recipe is usually done with olive oil.... but I like the low fat recipe better :)

** Great dip for these is ff cottage cheese mixed with ff cream cheese ... add cool whip, splenda, fresh fuit.... mix well and refrigerate for a couple of hours.... Enjoy!!!

I personally have and have eaten the triscuits and the ww ritz. I like them both but the ritz have a lot more ingredients and one of which is High fructose corn syrup. The triscuits are just Wheat, salt, soybean oil, and monoglycerides.
I'd try the triscuits first. The garden herb are really yummy too :chomp:

*think i'll look for wasa next time i go shoppin'* :)

Just so you know - they are VERY crunchy....and somewhat dry - I like that, but just in case you don't - wanted to let you know....

Oh and the Triscuits Deli Rye are good too (if you like Rye)

Aries - I'm copying & pasting the tortilla thing into the recipe thread as it sounds delish!! :p

Drier than triscuits????? :worried:

Yeah a little bit.....but I get the high fiber ones & the macros offset the dryness to me - but again, I kinda like the dryness...... :chomp:
