Canrt beat the custom blending. I have a 50/50 mix of Frustose and Whey Isolate that tastes great and mixes easily, this is my mornign shake.
I have a 50/30/20 mix of MaltoDextrin, Milk Protien, Whey that I use for post workout, that taste OK, mixes OK
My last shake is just pure Milk Protien, tastes like ass, mizes like shit...sticks to the walls of my blender. But that seems to be the case with any milk protien powder.
