Supposedly we all stretch after we tear up our chest, back, etc. Who the fuc* actually takes the extra 20 min to stretch? Just curiousity? ;)
 
i am now so inflexible that I cannot put my arms behind my neck to hold the squat bar. I have to use that machine where you harness into the weight (no bar)

20 min...........NO.

Maybe 5........just to get some blood in the muscle bellies.....and that continues on the warm up set.......that is as much stretching as I need.

Always, my range of motion is excellent. I used to race single track, play hockey, soccer... If you ever played a sport where you can can go from full out to head over heals in less than second, you better not be Musclehead Motionless, or you will tear shit up like paper in a shredder.

better circulation, better nutrient supply, better growth, less injury, greater capilary growth, avoids blood pooling.

Ronnie Coleman can do full balls to floor splits, so dont chime in with 'it inhibits growth' or an such nonesense, it helps everything.
