lol, I still remember when we first bought my Apple Mac IIvi. 3700$ in 1992 for these specs:

- 16Mhz chip

- 4MB RAM

- 80MB HD

- 14" screen

- 2x CD-ROM

lol. My wife's brother had the Mac IIc or IIe (I can't remember) but it was 1 unit and the screen must have been about 10 inches and the only color was a black screen and green fonts. Seems like it was somewhere around $3000-$3500. Archaic!

I had an apple IIe when I was 10 years old. Followed that up with a 386 - I ran AOL version 1.8 for DOS on that one. it was grey and white, no graphics and I used a 2400 baud modem. lol - when I first got a cable modem I nutted in my pants.
