I have a couple of bros that work there so I know about their signature products. I was told that the creatine and glutamine were the only worth the shit product they make themselves. Their SD protien is crap. Overall their name brand products' prices cannot be beat because of their "lowest price policy." Overall, supplement direct has some quality staff ie, my bros, so don't count em' out for now, just choose your products wisely. My .02$

Like Arias says, if buying there brands I would stick with the basics, creatine, dextrose, and if you want glutamine. The products they sell of other brands are not really priced that well, and they don't tell you this but if they don't have what you order (especially other brands) they wait on the whole order to ship. Took them over two weeks because they were waiting on a five dollar bottle of l-tyrosine for me. Also, they are in California so it will take a while travelling UPS ground to the east coast.

there high intensity creatine aint bad. and if your in a pinch, 5lbs of protien powder for $28 total aint bad. shipping does suck though. overall, id goto nutritionsource.com they in pennsylvania and i get my stuff in in 8 days mostly.

where do you guys get your dextrose from?

i got my from supplement direct and it took forever to get here (pa). not only did shipping alone take 5 days.....but the assholes didn't even ship it until like 4 business days after i ordered it, and the weekend was in the middle of that 4 days....so it took over two weeks total from the time i ordered it to get if.....that's the last time i order from them....
