Who here supersets?

I DO!!

I love supersetting! You CANNOT beat the pumps.

Here is my supersets...

Incline Bench/Barbell Rows

Shoulder Press/Weighted Pullups

I believe supersetting push/pull forces the muscles to contract, allowing an increase in the amount of weight that can be lifted on the next set.

I love them when getting ready for contest it's basically my entire
work out I super set and drop set every exercise,they will give you a great pump and were the shit out of you if done right,go for it you won't regret it.
 
I love supersets, both push/pull and same muslce group. leg extensions/curls is one of my favorites. Or side raises and front raises for shoulders. Cant beat em
 
I like to superset when time is short and/or the gym closes soon..this way I can cover a couple of bodyparts in the same amount of time..also this occassional shock I beleive is good for growth as it is just another way to vary a workout and provide a diffrent stimulus
