Who here stays under 10% BF year round?

And also,

if so, what exactly does your maintenance fitness life (cardio, lifting, diet) look like?
like do u slack and get away with it, or do u have to eat clean all the time? etc.
 
i'm not under 10%, but i hover at around 26% with little fluxuation.

My diet is about 75% refined sugar, and i do cardio 3x a week.

I'm below 11 or so year round and dropped to about 7% in August.

FOllow a Zone diet and do 30 minutesof cardio 4 time per week

If a 10 represented the perfect diet...I am an 8 when I cut and a 6 the rest of the year.

I only do cardio when cutting........weights keep me resonably lean
 
what is funny is that I was always below 10% all the time until I came here.
not sure if it is me getting older, the drugs in the past, or what it is.

but now I'm just a big fat slob. can always see my abs, but lately seems to be a slightly fatter abs.

what is really weird and I don't get, is that when on stuff, I had cut abs, but not ripped sides.
now I have ripped sides but not cut abs.

I'm getting really good at not caring so much.
 
I am in the single digits year around. I normally eat very clean and when I do pig out, it is not ice cream and shit.

Remember I have 8 years of competitive swimming behind me and I go to swim almost everyday at the beach. This also explains my back, lats and delts size. And the narrow waist I have.

dating life? I have a wonderful gf - no need for a dating life.
although she is out with friends right now.

I think most of the fat came once I stopped using the fat burners that I was using, and got off of anti-estrogens.
then it was just like "hey, have this!" and I got the fat around my belly button.
 
I've always been between 7-9% cause of my metabolism. Yeah it's pretty cool cause I'm at low BF all year round but also it's a pain to gain something.

I do some cardio. like 5-10 minutes a day. I try to eat clean. Yeah I try but many times I end up eating junk.
 
I'm pretty sure I stay below 10% year round. No diet and no cardio. Just lifting, construction, **genetics** and eating tons of whatever.
 
im around 10% year round. i just train dont worry too too much about diet. just dont eat the really bad stuff (pop) during the on season.
other wise i just eat eat eat.
