Who here makes VCDs?

I found a nice site for covers and stick for VCD and any other ripped/bootlegged piece of media on disc.

yes he does

it was big in the orient, but not over here. you;d have to get 2 CD;s to get a whole film on etc, DVD replaced it. still useful thoughm they;re sold dirt cheap, and the quality isnt THAt bad

If you guys download a whole movie, how do you break it in 2 pieces so you can fit each piece on 1 CD. I know how to encode it, just not break up the movie. Thanks

k, so I made one. My DVD player gave me an error though??? Anyone have any quick ideas before I spend forever searching for the problem.

The problem is your DVD probably doesn't play VCDs. You can check your owners manual or just go to http://www.vcdhelp.com and check the DVD player section to see if it is VCD compatible. I bought a $60 DVD player that can play them but they are discontinuing that feature in the cheapest DVD. But many for $80 and up play them.
