1000mgs in a gram.

so if you had 1 gram, that would be 1000mgs.

so you multiply by 1000.

so multiply 0.010 times 1000.

0.010GM is the same as saying 10MG. Hope this helps.

I have tried them and they work well. Take 2 tabs with a meal two to four hours before going under the sun.

Be careful with the sun exposure while taking the stuff. You can get a terribile sunburn if you stay too long.
