LMAO!!!Longhorn85 said:Terrorists hate Haliburton. They hate them because they are probably the only company in the world capable of rebuilding Iraq's oil infrastructure to make it profitable for the Iraqi people, supporting this fledgling mideast democracy. That is why Haliburton employees lives are at risk just for performing their jobs in Iraq.
Thank God for Haliburton.

Do you make this stuff up as you go along, or is Michael Moore your only source for news.
Dude, they are one of only a handful of companies in the world that provide those services. The list is smaller when you limit it to American firms. They are an outstanding organization.
Mountain Muscle said:Legacy... where are you going to be working for them?
Scotsman said:Biggest in us yes, biggest in world no. Also there are several companies in texas alone that can do the same thing at a cheaper price. I work with some of these companies on a weekly basis.
Not trying to take sides just being objective.

Where did I claim they were the biggest in the world or the US?
I simply stated that there are relatively few companies capable of doing what they do. If the list is narrowed to US companies, there are fewer. Depending on the size and nature of the job, Haliburton may be one of less than a handful even capable of pulling it off.
As for cheaper price, that is an unsupportable statement. They are all subject to the same bidding process with the exception of some of the emergency work during a crisis, such as Iraq. If they could do it cheaper, and could demonstrate the experience and ability, they would be doing the work

I just got offered a drilling job for Patriot 3, now Greywolf 803, in between Parachute and Rifle so it looks like I will be here for awhile. Damn, Now I am going to have to change my title to Brake Worm lol.
Scotsman said:Brake worm that's awesome. Do you ever work with Corion Diamond Products out of Canada? We do tons of work with them and they do coring in the Rifle area quite a bit.
