what are you talking about... Have you heard that new song to his daughter... It is moving.. I know some of his rhymes are not of the norm.. But he is able to put words together like no other rapper.. He is a genious
 
his newest shit is so rediculiously retarded it is rediculiously rediculious.

he acts all tough and it just dont fit him. its not his game, he looks like a backstreet boy.

now his old shit is pretty cool. id say his first two albums.

Yeah, sounds like everyone is pretty much on the same page. Older stuff good, newer stuff pretty much sux with a rare exception. I just had the shitiest eminem song come on my satellite system and I was like man, thats really awful. Thats why I made the thread. He has alot of talent, but makes a lot of crap these day.

That was a rumor, never happened never will.

The Eminem Show was quite possibly the best rap album ever. There is only one song on there I cannot listen to. His past CD, Encore was mediocore. Hopefully his next one will be better.

Dre is coming out with Detox, his last album by the end of this year.

yea i actually liked the original and its a good beat in his tune but he looks too much like a backstreet boy to be acting tough. like he's calling hits on peeps.

brothabill, do you like rap music? Some of his mainstream songs are cheezy, I have never paid for a em album. His freestyle, if you are into rap, his good. download him freestyling with dilated pupils, good shit
 
well i heard the song on the radio, and i heard "Like Toy Soldiers" playing, i like eminem but that song is pretty actually

Yeah, I do sometimes not into buying it either but I like some hiphop songs. Like I said he is really talented and Ive seen some of his freestyle and he's really good at it. I used to go to underground parties and one place had a stage where they were really good as well. I tried it a few times, just not as good at it. Had a pretty good session on the streets of Waikiki with just a drummer and everyone going back and forth so Im not completely out of the scene.
The hawaiian locals do it to make money and pickpocket tourists that stopped to watch, which was funny. I hung with them and found out some of their scams, they are pros.
I havent been into it since last spring though. Just prefer listening to other types of music nowadays. Not sure why.

At least my dad could recognize that The Beatles and The Stones were music. To my ear, rap isn't even music. I'll give it credit as some sort of misguided performance art, but that's as far as I can go.

And it's not THAT generational, rap was already around when I was in my 20s.
