How does it taste? Any good? I see it is 25% milk isolate. I don't care for milk products. Anything else there that is the equivilent?
 
Thats what I'm using right now, the only thing that sucks is the soy, soy is hard to cover up. I really dont care anymore, I just down it right away, dont even breath, I use 2 cups water, some flax, down the hatch and then quit sip of water to get rid of the flax aftertaste.
 
In the early 90s when soy was a hit, there were some nasty proteins out there, soy is hard to cover up, blech.
 
The big secret is to make sure you use a blender... don't stir it with a spoon or use a shaker.

If you use a blender it actually is kind of good...sucks any other way.

Blenders make anything taste better.
 
I always use a blender, soy makes it thick, a spoon would suck.

If you dont use flax/olive oil sure it tastes ok, but... thats what I use.
 
I'm not sure what the stuff I have from them is - but it tastes GOD AWFUL. I first mixed it with water and it was something they could have served up on Fear Factor.
Now I mix it with OJ and just chug it, takes about 3 frat boy style gulps to get down 20+oz

This stuff has flax and glutamine in it among other things - both of which are nasty tasting.

It smells a lot like the times I was in a health food store in my youth - in the section where they had stuff to make bread.
 
Reduce the number of ounces if you can, I use 2/3 cup in 16oz water works fine, dont need to take a breath inbetween.
 
I get the prize for downing the worst of the worst... a glass of their Hydro 520.

If you think you got what it takes... try it.
 
I save old cans for that, would probably be huge storage costs for them.

I drank it for a while. With a splash of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon, it's not too terrible. I just shook it in a glass and chugged it.

I'm sure there are better ways to flavor, but that's all I did.
