I just keep on dieting and doing cardio trying to get my waste smaller but I have come to the realization that it is just my bone structure. My dam hips are to big or somehting.
It all goes along with my endomorphic build. It kills my taper. The wosrt part is that I am really not endormorphic but have a good deal of ectomorphic in me too. Its the combo of my mom and dad. My mom is extremely encto morphic and my dad is extremely endomorphic.
Anyways, just thought I'd rant about some bullshit.
