Who has the newest issue of Maxim?

What city did they declare the greatest on Earth? I live in Phoenix and the issue I have states that phoenix is, and then it has the 12 worst cities, one which is Washington DC. My buddy who lives in Rhode Island got the same issue but it states that Washington DC is the greatest city to live in while phoenix is one of the worst.

I think this is one hell of an April Fools Joke. What do your issues say?
